RETURNS

Our policy lasts 30 days*.

If 30 days have gone by since your purchase, unfortunately we cannot offer you a refund or exchange.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.

To proceed with your refund please contact here with your order number or invoice number, items you wish to return and a brief explanation (i.e. does not fit). 

Note: Please do not send your purchase back to the manufacturer.

REFUNDS

Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within a certain amount of days.

Note: Allow for a couple of days to receive your refund as there is often some processing time before a refund is posted.

EXCHANGES

Our policy lasts 30 days.

If you need to exchange an item for another size or color, contact us here with your order number or invoice number and notify us to which size or color you want to exchange so we can arrange the return. Once received and inspected, we will send you the requested item. 

Note: Unfortunately we do not accept exchanges to items with a higher or lower price. If the price does not match with the initial purchase, you have to follow the Returns procedures and process a new order.

SHIPPING RETURNS & EXCHANGES

Your return shipping label will be sent to your email once we review your request.

Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you, may vary.
